Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting hard copy and digital invoices into relevant categories including country, expense type and date

  • Mark-up invoices for data entry requirements including identifying and highlighting key information

  • Bar-coding and scanning of invoices

  • Creating claim files and adding required documents as they are received

  • Auditing invoices received from the client and returning them to client if required

  • Undertake data entry using the company T&E (Travel and Expense) system

  • Contact clients and client suppliers to request missing information or additional supporting documentation as needed

  • Data entry and checking of claims

  • Assist and provide cover on other tasks as required by the business
